Save the Date: Building a Social Business in London!

At Teleperformance we believe that social media is having a transformational effect on customer service and we are constantly exploring how the industry is changing – our recent tweetup in London is a great example of this. But we are also looking beyond the blogosphere to the corporate environment and how companies are truly becoming social.

We are hosting an event on October 10th in London focused on building a social business and if this is an area you are involved in then please save the date and get in touch to reserve your place.

Our focus at this event moves beyond a summary of social media alone – we all know it is important to business now, the question is really how are businesses transforming what they do and finding new opportunities?

Think for a moment about just a few industry sectors, such as retail (comparing prices online), hospitality (online reviews), and the restaurant business (online reviews). All are being transformed through social information sharing and yet this is not just about more people being on Facebook – these industries are seeing enormous changes in the way they need to operate just to survive.

We are going to explore these issues on October 10th at the Mandarin Oriental hotel in London with case studies including Dell, BSkyB, several leading industry analysts, and an expert in organisational psychology. If you are involved in customer service and have an interest in how your industry is changing then we look forward to seeing you there!
