We are finalists in the UK Customer Satisfaction Awards 2013!

I’m really pleased to announce that Teleperformance UK has been announced a Finalist in the “Quality Service Provider of the Year” category of the UK Customer Satisfaction Awards 2013 run by the Institute of Customer Service.

The UK Customer Satisfaction Awards are the only customer service awards from the industry’s professional body. They recognise organisations and individuals who have developed and implemented successful customer service strategies which result in sustainable, successful businesses.

The Quality Service Provider category was open to any organisation that prides itself on the excellence of its customer service and was able to show how quality service is identified and delivered within the organisation.

The result will be announced in February 2013 – you will hear it here first if we win!
