Call Centre is well known in the UK as one of the leading titles in the customer service industry and they have just relaunched their website to make it an even better online community for all things customer service related.
As a part of the relaunch they asked their readers to nominate who are the most influential people online using Twitter and talking about customer services and Teleperformance has three users inside that top 100 list!
Our global Twitter account @teleperformance came in at #37, our UK CEO @aniederer came in at #47, and our UK marketing head @juliagibbs1 (sounds familiar!) came in at #84. That’s three of our Twitter accounts being featured in this important list of the top 100 online customer service influencers.
Of course we know that using Twitter is not just about broadcasting information and suggesting what our team is up to every minute of the day. We believe that social media tools such as Twitter are changing the nature of customer services today. The customer omni-channel is probably the biggest single change we will all see in the industry this year – customers are using these tools as a service channel and expecting brands to respond.
If social tools are changing the way the entire industry functions then this list of online influencers shows that our team don’t just talk about social media in a sales pitch – we really use these tools every day. And our clients already know that, because we are working with some of the biggest brands in the world on social support for their customers.
