The National Outsourcing Association Awards (NOAAs) – shortlist has just been announced and 38 different companies have made it onto the shortlist this year. Because the shortlist features so many different companies and is so representative of the industry as a whole I am really proud to say that Teleperformance UK has made it into the shortlist for three separate categories:
- Telecommunications, Utilities and High-Tech Outsourcing Project of the Year – for our work with npower
- Public Sector Outsourcing Project of the Year – for our work with Skills Development Scotland
- Outsourcing Contact Centre Provider of the Year
The NOAAs are the only awards dedicated entirely to the UK outsourcing sector. These awards are particularly sought after in the industry as the NOA is seen as a very fair and objective organisation. Everyone really values winning one of these.
The award ceremony will take place on October 24th at the Park Plaza Riverbank hotel in London. This is the tenth anniversary of the NOAAs so it will be extra special if Teleperformance can do well in the three categories we have been nominated.
I know how hard our team works for all our clients so I’m pleased to see that we are not only nominated for our client work, but also in the overall best contact centre of the year category. The awards are judged, so I don’t need to appeal for any votes, but I would like to at least take this opportunity to thank all of my team for getting us this recognition – winning a category would just be icing on the cake!
